Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase and your item arrived on time, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Please note that if you had a custom name printed on the item, we cannot accept the return. To ensure a smooth return process, please include a note with your order number and request.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email as the returns address may be subject to change. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that we are unable to refund any items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error, or any items returned after 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

To facilitate the refund process, please include a note with your order number and request.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card. This typically takes around 7 days.

Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We primarily offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. However, if you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping

Before returning your product, please email us to obtain the correct returns address.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued at over USD 50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
